The router was fine at 1500, when I had my old motorola surfboard modem, I traded in for a newer model the Sb5120. And so far, no xbox. Dont know what else to do. Xbox customer support is a joke. Comcast is a joke. I dont know how to change the MTU setting on the modem, don't think thats the problem anyway its default is 1500. Forum discussion: I am using the cable tweak patch and I believe it sets the MTU for 1500. Is this the best setting for cable modem?
